“The grounds here are beautiful, and I was particularly struck by the consistently helpful staff, like Garreth, who went out of their way to assist with luggage and even provided a complimentary coffee while waiting. The accommodation felt comfortable and well-soundproofed, with a good breakfast selection that catered to various tastes, including a full Welsh option. Its location does require a car, but the shuttle to Hensol Castle is a thoughtful touch for excursions.”
